What changes when you unsubscribe

Marketing and educational newsletters stop immediately after you confirm below. Transactional messages about appointments, security alerts, or consent changes may still arrive because they relate directly to your healthcare identity account rather than promotional content.

Unsubscribing from email does not delete your verified profile or revoke clinic access permissions. Manage those settings separately through your patient dashboard or by contacting patient access specialists.

If you change your mind, visit the subscribe page to rejoin the mailing list. We retain suppression records only long enough to honour your request and prevent accidental re-enrollment during routine data imports.
